Hoover & Strong Inc. is a provider of mill products, jewelry components, semi-finished jewelry and refining services to the jewelry industry.

Respect for human rights is a fundamental value at Hoover & Strong, and we have a responsibility to respect human rights in all aspects of our business, both on-site at our Richmond facility and with our partner suppliers and customers.

Hoover and Strong insists on sustainability throughout our supply chain. All Harmony Metals are made using only 100% recycled precious metals, and non-Harmony metals using only certified responsibly sourced metals. All ASM products are sourced through internationally recognized standards organizations such as Fairmined and Fairtrade.

As an employer, Hoover & Strong respects human rights standards for our workforce.
