Federal Express Release Waiver

I, of

Federal Express to leave packages shipped to me by Hoover & Strong, Inc. without obtaining a signature from me or any other company representative. This includes packages left outside the delivery address when no one is there to accept the package.

I accept full responsibility and liability for the package and will not hold Hoover & Strong or Federal Express responsible if the package is damaged or stolen, and will pay Hoover & Strong for such package when payment is due.

This waiver will continue in effect until terminated in writing by me or another authorized company representative.
