We offer an incredible range of eco-friendly mill products. We carry many different metals and colors in sheet, grain and wire of all shapes and sizes to meet your needs. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just ask for it! We’ll make it to your specifications.

Alloy: We offer a range of eco-friendly alloys in many different karats, metals and colors. If you have specific color, temperature or casting characteristics, hardness, if you want your alloy grain refined or deoxidized, we can make it happen.

Send us your request by downloading and printing out the "We Make It Happen" Custom Mill Services Order Form from our web site. Fill out this form and send to us along with a sample or the formula you want us to alloy. We will send you a 20 dwt sample of casting grain for you to assess with an estimate for your custom alloy.  Minimum order quantity is 100 dwts. Please address your sample to "Mill - We Make It Happen".

Roll: We offer sheet and wire rolled to your specifications in both existing Hoover & Strong alloys and alloys made to your own custom specification (custom alloys will require minimums). Send us your request by downloading the "We Make It Happen" Custom Mill Services Order Form from our web site.

Draw: We can draw wire in both existing Hoover & Strong alloys and alloys to your own custom specification (custom alloys will require minimums) to any diameter we have a die for. If we do not have the die, we can order it. Send us your request by downloading the "We Make It Happen" Custom Mill Services Order Form. We will call you with the cost of the tooling and an estimate of your custom order.

Policy & Requirements: All custom orders must meet our minimum quantity or be subject to a set up fee in addition to the cost of the item. Estimated delivery expectations can be given at time of order. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has been started. Custom ordered product can not be returned for credit. Please enclose with your custom alloy sample or formula; your account name, contact name, phone number for contact and a copy of your "We Make It Happen" order form.
