We want you to know that all precious metals at Hoover & Strong are recycled from the Earth’s existing metal supply, which means we DO NOT BUY metals from mining companies.

Our HARMONY coins and bullions made with 100% HARMONY recycled metal is another environmental product available to our customer. We also offer a number of minted coins as an accommodation to our customers.

Coins and bullions order payment schedule: (All orders greater than $20,000 require a wire transfer.)

Credit card - orders are priced at the markets date of shipment.

Net 30 Terms - orders are priced at the markets date of shipment.

Wire Transfer - $20,000 orders are priced at markets of the next billing date.  Orders receive a 1 ½% discount. An estimate will be given with bank wire information. The wire must be received on the date the estimate is given. The metal is bought at the markets of the next billing date. The order will be recalculated at the correct market. There will be a difference of cost between the estimate and the actual order. Any money due to the customer because of this difference will be mailed by check unless, otherwise instructed by our customer. Money due to Hoover & Strong must be received before the coins or bullion will ship.

Coins and Bullions return policy:

Coins and bullions will be accepted for credit through our refining services. Gold payment is market date package is opened less $20.00 per ounce. Silver payment is market date package is opened less $1.50 per ounce. (All packages are opened in the order in which they are received. Volume levels are determined by metal markets and season. We strive to process every return in a timely matter.)
